Serin Stanford is an accomplished educator with a dedicated focus on cultivating enriching educational environments. With a deep passion for student-centered instruction and positive learning experiences, Serin brings a wealth of experience to her roles. Currently in her second year as a Kindergarten Teacher at E. A. Young Academy, she previously served as a Pre-kindergarten Teacher at the same institution.
Serin's commitment to education extends to her tenure as the Director at St. Martin's Episcopal School in Keller, TX, from 2016 to 2020. Here, she oversaw comprehensive school operations, curriculum development, personnel management, and financial responsibilities. Serin actively engaged in teaching Chapel and a variety of classes for toddlers to pre-kindergarten students.
As the Director of Day School at First United Methodist Church in Hurst, TX, from 2010 to 2016, Serin demonstrated exceptional leadership by turning a financial deficit into a surplus, managing a large team, and earning recognition as the Best Preschool in Northeast Tarrant County in 2016.
Throughout her career, Serin has taken on diverse roles, including Sunday School Teacher, Tutor, Substitute Teacher, and Preschool Teacher. Her educational journey includes founding and managing a preschool, writing curricula, and receiving nominations for Teacher of the Year. Serin holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Texas at Austin, emphasizing her commitment to a robust educational foundation.
